Delivery Policy

When ordering your treat box there are a few things you need to know before receiving your goods. When we receive your order on a Wednesday evening we will then make the bakes & send them out for delivery within 3 days. Everything is made after the order is placed so bakes are as fresh as possible when you receive them.

Once they are packed they'll be shipped with Royal Mail TRACKED24. Please take into consideration that this is a guideline. Although Royal Mail states they'll be delivered in 24 hours they may not be. Once the package is out of our hands it is no longer our responsibility for anything that happens.

For example, bakes may take longer to be delivered and we cannot change that. They will be still just as good to eat. That being said if there are any extenuating circumstances and you do not receive your bakes/or they turn up completely squashed and not salvageable we will of course contact Royal Mail to investigate. (Slight damage to boxes is not included, they are food they're still edible). 

Everything after that is down to Royal Mail's discretion and will be based on their investigation on whether you receive a refund. I will not be refunding my own money for things that I cannot control! If Royal Mail confirm a problem we will offer this amount as store credit to repurchase your bake.

If there are any issues (delivery address wrong etc) these must be communicated within 24 hours of placing your order! Please do not message and become angry when you realise your address is wrong 4 days later because your parcel never showed up... it's not my fault you haven't checked.
